    1 Introduction


    The continuous injection perfusion system (vertical continuous micro-injection pump) is a perfusion/extraction type microfluidic sampling device, including three standard products:


    One set: WH-CPS-02 continuous injection perfusion system (equipped with 2 syringes);


    The second group: WH-CPS-04 continuous injection perfusion system (equipped with 4 syringes);


    Three groups: WH-CPS-06 continuous injection perfusion system (equipped with 6 syringes).

    The continuous injection perfusion system (WH-CPS-06) is a high-precision fluid control equipment independently developed by Wenhao Co., Ltd. This system has the characteristics of precision, stability, and strong anti-interference ability, and can be widely used in related fields such as microfluid drive control.


    The device contains 6 sets of propulsion modules. The switching valve of each set only needs to be connected to a simple pipeline to achieve 3 continuous channels for uninterrupted liquid injection, and each set of propulsion modules can inject or draw liquid at different speeds. Easy to use and simple to operate. The parameter setting, modification and view of fluid control can be completed in the main interface of starting up. During the parameter input process, the model and inner diameter of the syringe can be selected directly from the list, or manually input, and then input other parameters ( Flow rate, flow rate, time, infusion type, etc.), the task can be suspended at any time during the work, and various parameters can be reset and executed immediately.

    3. Features


    3.1 Channel settings


    Each channel can be individually set up parameters, and can also perform operations such as "fast forward", "fast rewind", "start" and "pause" in a unified manner.


    3.2 Determine the syringe model


    Each channel can be placed with different brands and specifications of syringes (head 1/4-28UNF outer teeth, tail M3 inner teeth): 1) search from the manufacturer's brand list; 2) custom input syringe model and inner diameter value.


    3.3 Target parameter input


    Target parameters: liquid volume, flow rate, time. Choose to input any two parameters, and the other parameter system will get directly.


    4. Graphical interface features


    1) For the display of the syringe specification library, you can select the corresponding type according to your needs;


    2) The current operating mode and status of each channel, and the delay between each channel;


    3) Real-time individual control of each channel and unified control of all channels.
